Pets / Animals
Renters or any other occupants, other than owners, are not permitted to have pets/animals at Beach Villas.
Only owners are permitted to have pets. Maintaining a poop-free environment is of utmost importance.*
Pets/animals are not permitted in the pool area.*
Parking
Each unit is allocated a carport space and 2 open lot spaces. Boat and/or trailer parking must occur within the carport.
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles/unit (boat/trailer = 1 vehicle).
Beach Access
Beach Access is solely by means of the walkways and steps provided.
Access through the vegetation or over the dunes is strictly prohibited.
Items taken to the beach must be removed from the beach when leaving the beach.
Do Not leave items on the beach, dunes, boardwalk or within pool area. Items left unattended to subject to disposal.
General Appearance
To assist with maintaining a pleasing and orderly appearance, leaving articles, such as towels, toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc., in a disorderly condition and in public view are forbidden.*
Littering
Discarding or throwing papers, containers, bottles, cans, or trash of any kind, including but limited to cigarettes, anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
Trash receptacles are located at the entrance to the pool.
Garbage
Trash/Garbage must be bagged in plastic or other waterproof containment and securely fastened close. Each units garbage disposal should be used for all soft garbage. All garage and trash is to be carefully placed inside the trash container under each unit. Trash of any kind is NOT to be left outside.
Showers
Showers are provided at the pool area entrance. It is necessary that salt & sand be removed from persons and objects before entering the pool.
Courtesy & Conduct
Politeness, respect and consideration for others represents the foundation of the Beach Villas @ Debordieu Colony's mission.
Loud partying, noisy conditions and obnoxious behavior are considered unbecoming for our community and are subject to notification of Debordieu security.
Continued neglect of the Beach Villas "Courtesy & Conduct" policy shall constitute cause for penalties.*
Agreement by Renters
Renters are obligated to be informed of these "Rules & Regulations" by either the Debordieu Rental Office or the property owner, at the time rental negotiations are undertaken. Renter(s) agrees to abide by these "Rules & Regulations" by signing of the rental contract. Renters are to be provided with copies of the "Rules & Regulations" and "Pool Rules".
Obligations of Owners
Owners have the obligation to follow these "Rules & Regulations", to assist with enforcement of these "Rules & Regulations" and to inform their guest of their importance whether or not the owner is in residence at the time. A copy of these "Rules & Regulations" should be posted in each unit and are also available on the Beach Villas @ Debordieu Colony HPR website.
Outdoor Cooking
Charcoal Grills - Renters & guests are not permitted to use charcoal grills.
Owners are permitted to use charcoal grills only in the parking lot & out from under the carport.
Charcoal grilling in NOT permitted on the villa decks or within the carport as they pose a major fire hazard.
Gas Grills - Are permitted along the outer edge of the villa decks away from villa walls, by both renters and owners. Grills must be attended at all time with lid closed as long as grills are lit. When not in use, gas should be turned off at the tank.
Owners shall provide users manual/operating instructions for renters & guests.
If any charcoal or gas grilling is observed in violations of these rules, or in an unsafe manner, Debordity security will be notified, grill possibly confiscated and appropriate fine imposed (see scheduled of fines).
Authority
The community manager or any member of the Board of Directors of Beach Villas @ Debordieu Colony HPR has complete authority to enforce all the above "Rules & Regulations". In extreme circumstances, any guest or renter found in violation, may be asked to vacate the Beach Villas complex.

Parking Violations - $25 per incident and subject to towing
Outdoor cooking - $100 per incident Pet/animals violations - $25 per incident
Public disturbances - $25 per incident
